Returns

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please email us at support@plunoworld.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and photos of the issue.

Because our products are paper-based kits, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
